Sales Associate, Spanish Desk.

My client is a leading Forex, CFD and Spread betting Brokerage located in the financial city of London, who are currently expanding their sales force.

Overall Purpose of Role
Working as part of the Retail Sales Team to bring on new clients, maximise sales and educate clients on existing products and market opportunities.

Responsibilities
• Initiate sales for FX, CFD, Spread bet and Commodity products
• Follow up on all prospects via phone calls and emails
• Advise clients on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients via telephone and email
• Gather market and customer information
• Maintain leads in an organised manner
• Provide feedback to Marketing on success of promotional campaigns and client requirements/trends
• Educate clients on the use of platforms, systems and trading processes

The Person
As a minimum applicants must have:-
• Strong sales background
• Must come from brokerage
• Ability to cope well in a fast moving, target driven environment.

• Proactive, positive and flexible approach to teamwork
• Good phone mannerism
• Strong sales ability
• Organized with good knowledge of MS Office and Excel
• Fluent Spanish

Educational / Experience Requirements
• Educated to A level – Degree level preferred
• Experience of working in financial services sales, especially margin trading for FX or CFDs
