My clients are one of London’s leading merchants who are looking to recruit a sales assistant to start as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate – offering a great team working environment along with excellent long term career prospects and progression.

We are looking for a candidate with knowledge of Architectural Ironmongery products and someone who has experience in building strong relationships with customers to ensure sales and productivity targets are met and the highest standards of service are upheld.
You will be responsible for serving customers ensuring that a fast and efficient service is provided. You will also need to be flexible in your approach and willing to help out in other areas of the business as and when required. Your main responsibility is to support the team and serve customer in the high spec showroom.

Skills/Qualities Required:
• Architectural Ironmongery knowledge is essential
• Understanding of the Market
• Excellent Communications Skills
• Sound Numeracy and Literacy skills
• Customer Focused
• Excellent communication skills
• Good administration and computer skills
• Self-motivated, organized and methodical
• GAI Qualifications will be preferred

Salary to £26,000basic (negotiable) plus bonus and excellent benefits offered.
Woking hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm and 8am to 1pm on alternative Saturdays.
