The Company:
Our client is an international Engineering company, leader in their industry

Main Duties:
To be responsible for the day to day customer support.

The Role:
-To handle Customers enquiries on a daily basis (phone, email, fax)
– To process orders and to maintain at all time high level of customer services
– To deal the preparation full quotations for Customers & potential clients, Credit Control
– To liaise will all departments within the company to answer accordingly to the enquiry
– To contact existing customer for marketing and promotion purposes,
– To handle all services, products, returns, finance or delivery times and shipping issues.
– To maintain the customers’ database up to date & accurate.
– To support on major Customer key accounts
– To be responsible for translation & general administration duties

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English, French & Spanish (Written & Spoken)
– Fluent in Italian would be an advantage
– Previous Customer Service experience within Manufacturing/Engineering environment
– Business acumen
– Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
– Confident, proactive & dynamic
– Computer literate (excel, outlook, PowerPoint…)

Salary:
£26,000 – £26,400 per year (depending on experience) + Benefits (23 days holiday, contributory Pension)
