Sales and Retention Agent

Salary £29,369 + £10,000 OTE

Location – Welwyn Garden City

As the Sales and retention agent, you will be responsible for re-engaging and re-activating former customers while also focusing on retaining current customers.

Your primary goal will be to meet sales targets, provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Sales & Retention Agent key responsibilities:

• Contacting existing customers, re-engaging and re-activating dormant accounts
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell products, and services based on customer needs.
• Preparation of sales quotations, proposals, and converting leads into sales.
• Ensuring customer information is accurately recorded in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and take initiative.
• Contact centre experience and knowledge of the door & window sector would be an advantage but are not essential.
