Sales Analyst

Pursuit Recruitment is working in partnership with a global engineering company based in Basildon to recruit a permanent Sales Analyst. The purpose of the role is to analyse and report on past and current sales activity and trends. You will report to the Directorsand support them with forecasting and business planning strategy.

Main responsibilities will be to:

track orders within the UK market
track and analyse market turn over
support of reporting to management
assess previous and current market and customer trends To be successful in your application, you must have:

extensive experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
the ability to identify trends in the market
the ability to work to and meet monthly reporting deadlines
the ability to liaise with all departments in the company, often globally
the ability to communicate with all level of colleague and Director from varied countries
the ability to work with in-house tools, including web-based databases (training to be provided)The salary for the Sales Analyst role wil vary from £26,000 – £26,400 plus excellent benefits including: flexi time, contributory pension scheme, private health care, life assurance and income protection.
