Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year
Retail / Sales Advisor Job Opportunity
New opportunity for a retail / sales advisor to work within a fast paced electrical sales environment. This is a position for someone who connects naturally with people, exhibits outstanding judgment and professionalism and thrives on providing excellent customer service.
- Ensuring Customers enjoy a great customer experience in store
- Gaining an understanding of Customer needs, finding the correct products, and making the sale
- Handling telephone enquiries from customers
- Keeping the internal Stock System up to date at all times
- Ensuring customers are kept up to date on the status of their order throughout all stages of the purchase process
- Taking details of customer issues and placing of service calls
- Negotiating replacements with suppliers if appropriate
- General administration duties
- Assisting with returns
- Keeping the showroom clean and tidy, to ensure it is aesthetically pleasing when customers are in store
- Assisting with putting new products on display
- Ensuring Price Tickets are kept up to date on all items in the showroom
Essential:
- Previous Sales experience with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Personable, team player
- Great communicator
- Able to work and enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with an excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrable experience of problem solving and answering customer queries
Previous electrical retail experience will be highly regarded however not essential
