Based in Solihull as they have a new location due to open in April.Benefits: Salary up to £25,000bonus structureOptional pensionAdditional leave through years of serviceSick pay after completion of probationary periodFree on-site parkingPurchase additional annual leave scheme.Development opportunitiesMon-Friday 9:00 – 17:00 Saturday 9:00 – 16:30 Duties and Responsibilities: Answering incoming sales callsMaking outbound calls to our customer databaseCreating quotations, processing payments, arranging deliveries, and providing outstanding aftersales serviceProviding advice on suitability, sizing, pricing whilst showcasing a natural flair for interiorsUpdating the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activityArranging samples to be dispatchedWelcoming customers to the showroom and building relationship with clients, ensuring a professional and friendly welcome is always received.Maintaining a clean and tidy showroomProviding drinks to customers during their appointmentsConfirming showroom appointments with customers prior to their arrival Skills and Experience: Experience in a sales environmentExperience in the luxury goods market (desirable)Knowledge of interiors (desirable)Extremely well organised and able to prioritise tasks.Enthusiastic and hands on – this is a busy, fast-paced company.Self-motivated with the ability to inspire those around youStrong customer focusExcellent communicatorMinimum of 2 years sales experienceMust have experience in using a CRMFamiliar with Microsoft office KSBirmingham Kelly Services are acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this role.
