Position

Location: Station Approach, Ashley Rd, Bournemouth, BH1 4NB

Salary: £21,000 – £24,000

Please note internally this role will be known as a Learner Enrolment Coodirnator

We are committed to inspiring people to succeed and delivering meaningful learning to every learner, every time and we are looking for two energised, passionate, and confident Learner Enrolment Coordinator to help begin that experience.

In this role you will use you specialist knowledge and experience of providing a quality experience and to our customers, ensuring all learners and employers are fully engaged with their learning journey from pre-enrolment through to their achievement or progression onto other further learning.

As a Learner Enrolment Coordinator you will…

· Be responsible for the Pre-enrolment and learner onboarding and support distribution

· Book learners and employers onto their enrolment and induction day through a centralised diary

· Be proactive and support with the re-engagement of learners

· Schedule enrolment sessions with Learning & Enrolment Tutors or Personal Tutors to ensure a smooth induction process for all

· Conduct Welfare calls to learners

· Manage partnerships with preferred partner training providers

Requirements

What we are looking for:

· GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

· Excellent attention to detail

· Experience of managing own time and resources effectively

· Ability to motivate and engage others

· Excellent IT Skills, including MS Office and knowledge of CRM systems
