Sage Line 500 or Sage 1000 Support Consultant

They are looking to pay between £33,600 – £45,600 and £38,000 dependent on your experience in Sage line 500 and Sage 1000 or other ERP software solutions.

As a Support Consultant in its Cardiff office you will be responsible for first and second line support of Sage Line 500 and Sage 1000 ERP solutions. They are looking for someone who can work well in a busy support environment, who is enthusiastic about delivering high levels of customer service and can resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently with strong attention to detail. You should be great at speaking to people over the phone and via email, developing relationships, answering queries, escalating problems and will have excellent problem solving skills.

Proven experience of supporting Sage Line 500 or Sage 1000 ERP software would be ideal, but they will also consider Support Consultants with good accounting / finance software support skills on other accounting or ERP products. Any SQL Server experience would be an advantage.
