Sage L500 / Sage 1000 Support Consultant or Accounting / ERP

Sage Line 500 or Sage 1000 Support Analyst (or ERP / Finance Support Consultant) with good SQL Server skills – new role working for a world class software company with multiple UK offices and a strong, professional team dedicated to excellent client service. AS a Support Analyst here you will be responsible for 1st and 2nd line support of Sage Line 500 and Sage 1000 ERP solutions, along with SQL Server database support, administration and maintenance. They are looking for someone who is self motivated and can work well in a very busy support environment, managing your own workload and meeting deadlines, whilst giving the customer an excellent experience and first class service. You should be confident, a great communicator, able to work well under pressure, with good attention to detail.

Proven experience of supporting Sage Line 500 or Sage 1000 software is preferred, but they will also look at Support Consultants with strong finance skills gained with other accounting or ERP software solutions.

SQL Server knowledge is essential and a working knowledge of databases is desirable, along with 3rd party products such as document management, warehousing and / or manufacturing. They will train you in many other complimentary Sage and third party products, to enable you to support their entire suite of ERP and accounting solutions.
