Russian Speaker – Audio Store Manager

Salary: £36,000 per year

Premium Sound is a luxury hi-end audio store. Due to exponential growth, we are looking for a retail store manager. In this position, you will drive all aspects of both in-store and online customer care excellence. (THIS IS NOT A COLD CALLING/SALES JOB)

What we are looking for:

* MUST SPEAK RUSSIAN;

* Strong customer service skills;

* Fluency in the English language with efficient oral and written communication skills;

* Knowledge of audio products or experience in electronics retail, wholesale or installation industry (preferred not essential);

* Microsoft Office experience along with a solid level of literacy and numeracy are important.

Responsibilities:

* Provide great service to both existing and prospective customers face to face, over the phone and email. (This is not an outbound cold calling sales role);

* Use consultative selling skills to help customers find the right product for them, and to contribute to local marketing initiatives;

* Work effectively to agreed KPIs;

* Online orders processing/organising logistics and delivery

* Ensure all instore admin processes are up to date and managed effectively;

* Help to foster and maintain a culture of excellence in-store – both from a service and visual standards perspective;

* Aftercare service of existing customers;

* Running retail sales in-store.
