Salary: £26,000 per year

The role of a Marketing Support Executive is to work as part of a team lead by a Program Director or Program Manager, to execute specific projects on behalf of clients.
Generally, the role involves working on one or a few projects at a time for one or more clients.

Marketing Support Executives are required to call a variety of business partner types at senior decision maker level to establish the needs and requirements of those partners which would enable them to maximize their relationship with Seagate. The Marketing Support Executive will therefore be required to build and maintain strong relationships with existing contacts, achieving growth within those accounts, through the development and implementation of sales and marketing activity. On the whole these Partners have limited resources to focus on just one vendor and require the guidance and support of the Marketing Support Executive to coach them on the various tools and programs that are available to them.

o Proficiency in Russian (plus English).
o Excellent written and verbal communication.
o Attention to detail.
o Strong numeracy skills.
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel).
o A degree level education is preferred
o Ability to deal at senior level within the organisation
o Knowledge of Sales Force or similar CRM system would be a distinct advantage, as would previous outbound calling experience

o A fearless approach to calling and an interest in a doing a phone based role, both in native language and English.
o A genuine enthusiasm or passion in IT or Technology.
o An ambition to progress within the company through the sales and marketing channel

o You will be the first point of contact for partners, for all kinds of minor and major support requests.
o You will help partners to become familiar with the product and program benefits, and find out required details about their company.
o You will identify the partners’ requirements and then use provided materials to fulfil these, to enable them to sell the product.
o You will communicate to your partners regularly and build relationships.
