RTA Portal Fee Earner

Salary: £27,000 per year

This is a client facing role offering frontline client contact supported by using the latest technology and Case Management Software.
Good communication skills are essential as is a ‘can do’ attitude. Suitable applicants will have a very strong service led ethos, be commercially aware, be team focused and enjoy engaging with prospective and existing clients.
Previous experience of handling RTA Portal claims, prior to the Reforms, for over 3 years is essential. We are looking for someone with a proven track records of billing along with knowledge of handling more complex MOJ matters and progressing cases to Stage 3; all skills which will be fully utilised and enhanced upon in shaping the new world of personal injury claims handling.
The role will include the following:
* Assessing prospects and advising accordingly
* Providing advice throughout the life of the claim
* Adhering to work source specific SLA’s
* Thorough investigation and risk assessment of new claims
* Submission of Claim Notification Forms to the Ministry of Justice Portal
* Conduct of cases through Stage 1 to Stage 3 of the of the Ministry of Justice Portal
* Stage 3 knowledge is essential
* Collation and assessment of evidence and reviewing supporting documentation
* Negotiating quantum
* All whilst delivering an excellent quality legal service
