Infrastructure Support Engineer

You will join our National Security team to provide proactive management and reactive support of a secure development environment hosted on VMware ESXi, running in both Windows & Linux. The environment you support will be mission critical and essential to safeguard the country’s safety.
Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities;
Providing service management such as incident resolution, change implementation (new functionalities) & maintenance activities
Analysing & resolving faults, issues & queries
Administrating ESXi & vCenter
Troubleshooting SAN & NAS storage solutions
Be “not just a techie”, we are looking for you to have excellent communication & and be able to adapt your approach to a wide range of customer situations & stakeholders

As an Infrastructure Support Engineer you should be used to:
Working in customer environments in a matrix managed team
Managing certificates
