I am seeking a:
**RIBA CHARTERED ARCHITECT – SENIOR ARCHITECT DESIGNER – REVIT – LEADING GLOBAL FIRM**

SENIOR ARCHITECT DESIGNER
My client is looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Designer. This will be for a role in UAE – based out of Abu Dhabi. Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Architecture. This must be from a post-degree perspective. The position requires exceptional design skills and a portfolio of innovative design solutions with a specific focus on the Build Sector. The best suited candidates will be driven to not only drive the division forwards but train and develop those around them.

As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will create and develop concept designs, provide process leadership to multiple design teams through all project phases through a variety of project types and formulate design presentation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
*Client facing – presenting all designs and concepts on behalf of the company
*Developing programming, consulting, strategic planning, conceptual designs, space planning, presentations, design development, and production
*To lead the Design team into the future ensuring they are growing and developing as individuals
*Work alongside the Senior Management to develop and drive the Design division forward
Candidate Requirements:
*10+ years’ professional experience
*Track record in delivering high scale mixed-use commercial projects from a design perspective
*Degree or Masters in Architecture or Design – Displays extensive design education
*Experience creating and developing overall design concepts and formulating design presentation strategies with an understanding of trends in large, shell/core architectural design
*Analytical and problem solving ability is displayed
*Exceptional graphic presentation
*Track record in maintaining and growing relationship with clients
*Develop collaborative relationships with clients and with other key individuals throughout the business
*Experience on an International Design base
*Experience with Revit, Cad and other documentation software
