Salary: £54,000 – £60,000 per year

Reward Partner

Completely hybrid, mostly work from home with occasional travel to Nottingham Head office.

£54,000 – £60,000 depending on experience + leading package (Bonus, enhanced annual leave and pension package, life insurance, health cash plan and a range of other things!)

As the Reward Business Partner you will work closely with operational HR teams as well as stakeholders across the business. As the subject matter expert for our clients business for anything Reward related your focus will be to ensure the total reward structure is aligned and reviewed regularly. Identifying, challenging and proposing recommendations for change on specific business challenges around reward. Providing your expertise on all matters of pay (general pay alignment, gender pay, equal pay), benefits (Including flexible benefits), grading and job evaluation. In addition you will act as a key partner to 3rd partner benefits providers.

Reporting to Head of Reward this role is a brilliant mix of strategic projects with a focus on the future as well as business as usual monthly and annual cycles. You will have undertaken reward focused work either as part of a HR generalist role, or as a Reward Advisor previously. Ether way you are passionate about this area of HR.

Ideally suited to a candidate with experience within a large/complex business environment. You should have good knowledge of the many facets of Reward and your legislative knowledge is current and up to date. Technically strong with sound knowledge of Reward & Benefits within large/complex environments.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills
Comfortable with working independently
