Revenues and Benefits Support Officer

Revenues and Benefits Technical Officer, Warwickshire. Service Care Solutions are looking to recruit a Revenues and Benefits Technical Officer to join a Local Authority based in Warwickshire. As a Revenues and Benefits Technical Officer, it is essential that you have previous experience of working in Revenues/Benefits environment, using computerised systems, including Housing Benefit processing applications and the use of electronic document management systems. You must have recent and extensive working knowledge of Housing and Council Tax Benefit legislation, as well as NDR and Recovery legislation.
As a Revenues and Benefits Technical Officer based in Warwickshire, it is your responsibility to work as a member of the Revenue and Benefits Team to provide Technical Support in relation to performance and customer transactions, including complaints and FOI requests. You will also be expected to provide support and assistance with the review of administrative and computerised systems within Revenue and Benefits.
