Retentions Sales Advisor

Retention Advisor – £19,200 – £22,200 basic + commission of up to £26,000 per year.

Based in Old Trafford, Stretford, Manchester.

The role

Firstly it is worth pointing out that our client prides themselves on providing exceptional customer service, so retaining their customers shouldn’t be difficult!

If you are a good listener with strong negotiation skills this could be a great role for you.

This is a flexible/varied retentions/sales position dealing with both inbound and outbound retentions calls from customers who are coming to the end their leasing contract. Your role is to look at a range of options for them with the ultimate aim of retaining their business.

Working in partnership with one of the countries biggest and well known retailers our client provide finance/rental options to a large customer base. This is a great opportunity to get into a well established and growing business that really looks after its staff.

The Person

We are looking for someone with previous retentions or sales experience gained within a contact centre environment.

In addition to this you need to be proactive with a positive attitude and enjoy working to targets and goals.

Working hours – Flexible shift pattern between 9am-7pm Mon-Fri and working 1-2 Saturdays per month between 9am-6pm. No Sunday work.

Salary/Package

* £16k-£18.5k basic (depending on experience)
* Monthly on target commission of up to £800
* 25 days holidays + 1 day off on your birthday
* Pension and healthcare after qualifying period
