Due to business demand, our client who are a successful North East retail outlet are looking to expand by adding a Retail Sales Administrator to their existing team. Offered on a temporary to permanent basis, as a Retail Sales Administrator, you will handle a mix of in-bound calls, emails, customer queries and order processing for our client based in Newcastle upon Tyne. Working in a busy environment, you must have friendly yet professional attitude as a representative of our well known client.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar retail environment with great communication skills, high attention to detail and good computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities for the Sales / Customer Services Administrator role:
* Daily communication with customers via email and telephone.
* Manage customer orders and queries
* Take payments online and over the phone
* Data Input
* Other ad hoc duties as business demands
Skills, Experience & Qualifications sought
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
* Close attention to detail and good organisational skills.
* Previous experience in a similar background
* Computer literate
* Able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision and take ownership of service quality issues.
