Here at Penmex in Edinburgh, we have a fantastic opportunity for a professional, enthusiastic and passionate person to join our team as a Retail / In Store Sales Assistant working in customer services and sales. To be successful in this role, you will be outgoing with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. You will be good at multi-tasking, remaining calm during busy periods and delivering personalised, meaningful service.

Ideally you’ll have previous customer service experience in a role like retail, hospitality, reception etc. You’ll be able to interact well with customers and have a real passion for working with people.

In this role you will be focused on:

* Customer service and sales at retail sites
* Finding new ways to improve sales
* In-store merchandising and promotion
* Excellent product knowledge
