Retail Fraud and Payment Analyst required in a fast paced e-commerce team for our dynamic client based in Cheltenham.

The successful Fraud and Payment Analyst will be responsible for: monitoring of fraudulent transactions / payments; analysis of customer history; liaison with clients and banks regarding payments transactions; acting as point of contact for Finance and client support queries; identify patterns with fraudulent activity; expose fraud rings and threats to the company; review and process varied payment transactions.

Essential skills required: degree level educated or equivalent; previous experience of Online Fraud or Payments within a retail environment; knowledge of payment gateways and online fraud software; strong communication skills; good knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages.
