About Huntswood: Huntswood is a specialist resourcing and consultancy firm working in the areas of governance, compliance and complaints. They provide resource to help companies solve their regulatory issues, and expert advice to help them govern responsibly and better manage ongoing regulation.
About the role: Working on behalf of one of our clients you will be responsible for investigating customer complaints relating to their bank accounts and various ‘add on’ products.
About you: To be successful in this role you will be a confident communicator with superb administration and analytical skills. You will either have experience in Complaints Handling or general administration gained within financial services, or within a regulated environment. You’ll also be a competent computer user with a good working knowledge of all major MS packages.
Hours: You will be required to work 6am until 2pm or 2pm until 10pm, Monday to Friday. We require complete flexibility regarding these two shift patterns.
Location: Halifax
Rate: £180 per day.
Contract Term: Ongoing.
