Zachary Daniels are looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Manager in London who has a passion for customer service. This fantastic brand specialise in lingerie, swimwear, nightwear and accessories. They are an award winning, Times Top 100 company to work for and pride themselves on valuing their people.
As an Assistant Manager you will work closely with the Store Manager in managing a small boutique.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading in personal customer service.
* Coaching, training and developing your sales team.
* Having a presence on the sales floor and driving sales.
* Building relationships with regular and local customers.
* Achieving sales targets, kpi’s and store goals.
* Maintaining excellent standards and acting as a brand ambassador.
* Visual merchandising, analysing commercial reports and making decisions.
* Managing performance to include one to ones, feedback and appraisals.
* Communicating with head office about stock levels, HR and administration.
This a rewarding role and I am looking for a manager who is personable and one who can naturally motivate and inspire people. This is an ideal role for an existing Assistant Manager, Concession Manager or Senior Supervisor. Full training is provided and it is essential that you have experience in all of the above working with fashion, accessories, jewellery, beauty or footwear.
On offer is a Salary: £26,000per year0 based on experience plus benefits.
