Restaurant Supervisor

Adecco Oxford has just registered and exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor to work in a successful 2 rosette restaurant in Gloucestershire. The Restaurant Supervisor will need to have a strong background in fine dinning either a Head Waiter or previous supervision or a very strong Chef de Rang wanting to make the next step up. The Restaurant Supervisor will be reporting to the Restaurant Manager and will assist in:

*Supervising 5 out of 7 breakfasts
*Supervising the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
*Hosting both Lunch and Dinner shifts (when applicable)
*Duty management
*Managing food & Beverage Linen
*Assistance with Wine and other non food orders
*Supporting the Restaurant Manager during restaurant service

This is a very hands on role and you will be supervising a team of 6 staff, you must be both self motivated and be able to motivate others on a day to day basis.

Salary: £26,000+ Live in is available.
