Job Description

To fill the positions of Response Door Supervisors at weekend events and club nights in Central London, we are now hiring experienced door staff.

 

You will uphold the four P’s of security at authorised workplaces as the door supervisor,ย within the parameters of our policies and procedures, as a member of a team.

external customer service and practise.

 

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย provide a high level of service

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย report writing and submission

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย fire Safety & first Aid

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย first responder to any incidents that may occur and deal with effectively

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ingress & egress (including emergency and CT)

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย conducting briefings and debriefings

 

Personal Qualities Required

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Highly organised with ability to manage time effectively between Management,

strategic work and administrative responsibilities

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย imposing physical frame

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย passionate about customer service, improving standards and a committed focus

 

Required Qualifications

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Two years + proven experience within a similar role

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Emergency First Aid at Work EFAW (completed within the past 12 months)

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ACT – Awareness E-Learning (completed within the past 12 months)

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ACT – Security E-Learning (completed within the past 12 months)

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย well presented in physical appearance

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย solution focused, proactive and helpful

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย excellent interpersonal, influencing and problem-solving skills

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย strong communication and presentation skills

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ability to respond positively to last-minute changes

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย a real team player who can lead by example in all things

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย RAP (Risk Analysis of People)

raising service and standards accordingly

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย any other duties as reasonably requested by the Head Door Supervisor, Walker,

DPS and ASMEP Directors.

Leadership

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Demonstrable experience of management and coordination of Door Supervisors

with a strong focus on outstanding customer service and goal achievement (2 or more

years in a similar setting)

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย A confident and proven decision-maker in a fast-paced environment, with the

gravitas and credibility to command the support of customers, colleagues and

client staff alike.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Ability to forge strong working relationships within a high-pressure environment.
