Resourcer

Our client, a graduate recruitment and development consultancy based in the North East is seeking an ambitious and driven resourcer to join their expanding team! Due to immense growth, the ideal candidate will possess an interest in recruitment, talent development and training in order to develop industry leading candidate attraction solutions and therefore assisting in the further expansion of the company.
The ideal candidate will be required to liaise with clients in order to gage an understanding of their needs whilst headhunting candidates to fully ensure their requirements are met. In addition to this, you will be managing online applications, compiling short lists and managing the thorough interview process. There will also be a close involvement with the marketing team.
You will have the drive and passion to meet targets set and also to identify future opportunities whilst maintaining existing relationships. The client is offering a Salary: £26,000 DOE, a competitive commission structure, 28 days holiday and career progression opportunities.
