Trainee Consultant / Resourcer

Our client based in Woking are currently seeking a Trainee Consultant for their busy Recruitment business with offices in Woking, Surrey.

Previous experience not essential, but a passion to succeed in recruitment, and the drive, tenacity and commitment to hard work are absolutely essential.

They are looking for ambitious professionals, educated to a good standard, and hungry for success. They operate in the busy construction sector, providing freelance and management professionals to PLC, Regional and smaller contractors throughout London and the south. A key part of the role is engaging with their clients and candidates on a face to face basis, as well as extensive telephone contact. They work in a very competitive marketplace, and you will be rewarded well for success.

Our client invests heavily in technology, and use state of the art search tools, have access to the largest relevant databases, and have good quality, town centre located offices.

They have a huge volume of vacancies coming through regularly as they are on the PSL of many big companies.
