Residential Childrens Worker – Sebd (Horsham)

Residential children’s workers required for services in the Horsham area specialising in working with young males aged 11-18 with SEBD and Sexually harmful behaviour.

This role involves working in both a residential and school setting with young males referred to the unit for a minimum of a year to live in a therapeutic and rural setting.

Role involves a level of 1-1 working and you must be completely comfortable working in a specialist setting with young males.

Services are set in beautiful rural setting with a focus on improving and developing the lives of the young people with a view of integration into society and dealing with immediate issues which they face.

Previous experience working with young people is vital, you must be open-minded, patient and committed to the protection and support of young people aged between 11-18.
