We are currently recruiting for a number of Residential Children’s Support Workers (RCSW) for a client who has recently opened four new services in West Yorkshire. You will work on a one on-two off rota basis, with each shift comprising a waking and sleeping portion, with a contractual requirement of 10 shifts per month. You will provide support to up to four service users (depending on the location) aged 5-17, many with EBD. You will be expected to be empathetic and compassionate with a good understanding of working with young people,

Candidates must have completed NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care as a minimum, and hold a relevant CCYP or CYPW qualfication. Roles are available at RCSW and Senior RCSW level.

The role carries a salary of circa £26,000 – £26,974.
