We are working with the UK’s leading Facilities Management service provider who are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team based at a prestigious site in Birmingham.

Position: Commercial Gas Engineer (Static Site)
Salary: £36,000 – £40,800 plus pension, package
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Duties & Responsibilities
-To carry out service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of commercial gas equipment
-To undertake heating/combustion maintenance reactive repair works as issued within set time frames to ensure client expectations are met
-To proactively identify and undertake heating/combustion maintenance works (reactive works not yet identified by the client)
-To undertake heating/combustion PPM works, within set time frames to ensure statutory compliance
-To undertake heating/combustion improvement works as required
-To ensure all work is carried out in line with H&S requirements
The Person
-You will be an experienced and time served Commercial Gas Engineer
-You will be ACS Commercial Gas qualified – COCN1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1
– You will hold a full UK driving license (pool car onsite)
-You will be customer facing with a strong focus on excellent service delivery
-Must live within a commutable distance of Birmingham
