Resident Electrical Maintenance Engineer

One of the leading providers of property related Asset Management are looking to recruit and Mechanically biased Maintenance Engineer for a prestigious site in Bristol.
Reporting to the Technical Services Facilities Manager, the candidate will be responsible for undertaking various planned and reactive maintenance tasks and occasional new minor installation work. The individual will work as part of the FM team, but must demonstrate a sound knowledge of all mechanical and Electrical systems and demonstrate ability to work on own initiative.

The Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer shall:
Work as part of the Maintenance Team with responsibility for maintaining Mechanical and Electrical Plant
Play a key role in planning and completing a range of works on various building systems
Complete proactive inspections and any required remedial repairs encompassing commercial heating installations, plumbing installations, ventilation systems and any required minor associated equipment repairs
Provide exceptional maintenance services to our high profile Client and go the extra mile to deliver to the highest quality standards in all areas

Essential
C&G electrical qualification
C&G 2382 17th Edition
Demonstrate previous experience in a Maintenance role, particularly in relation to Mechanical, Electrical & Building Fabric maintenance services
Demonstrate a general knowledge of all Building Systems
Demonstrate strong communication skills
