Due to an exciting period of growth, we are looking for to recruit a Researcher to join our busy, lively recruitment team based in modern, Birmingham City Centre offices. The successful candidate will report in to the Head of Research and be working alongside Recruitment Consultants.

Key Responsibilities
* Constantly update and add high quality candidates to our extensive network
* Search the job boards for new candidates
* Produce high quality pre meeting documents as well as typing up post meeting notes
* Assist Consultants with searching candidates for specialist roles
* Write job adverts
* Produce detailed headhunt lists for Consultants
* Create organograms
* Work alongside the Consultants at IDEX to source, screen, interview and qualify the very best talent on the market for opportunities within the UK
* Work/Support Consultants with junior roles

Prospective Candidate
* Demonstrate experience of working as a Researcher/Resourcer, ideally within a recruitment environment
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Have experience with multitasking/managing high workloads
* Have obtained grade C or above in English and Maths at GCSE (or equivalent level)
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Microsoft Word and Excel)
