Position: Reprographics Operator 
Location: London- Central and Canary Wharf 
Contract type: Temporary 
Hours: A variety of shifts including day, evening and night shifts 
Salary: £26,000per year+ per year 

ROLE: 
The Reprographics Operator will demonstrate pride and professionalism in all aspects of customer service. You will provide flexible and responsive assistance to clients and colleagues, and process queries and complaints effectively seeking referral where appropriate, putting the customer / client first and foremost. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
a) Produce copies and prints as requested from supplied soft or hard copy originals. 
b) Finish documents as per the instruction supplied. Scanning of documents via the equipment provided. Relate accurate information to users on the progression of their work. 
c) Advise users on the best method of production. Resolve ambiguities on work requests with the Team Leader, Operators and end users. 
d) Take ownership of each job produced and ensure end users are informed about production of their work and deadlines at all times. Quality check all work produced for errors. To perform data entry responsibilities. 
e) Ensure all work requests are recorded appropriately and completed in full. Delivery and collection of work from the floors (where applicable). 
f) Relate accurate information to users on the progression of their work. Build relationship with clients and manage their perceptions and expectations. 
g) Ensure full handover is given or taken when starting or finishing a shift. Support colleagues and work as a team in order to achieve the best results for clients. 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: 
a) Previous reprographics experience essential. An extremely good understanding of all reprographics procedures and processes. 
b) Excellent PC skills with a good knowledge of all Microsoft software packages and Adobe. Excellent knowledge of scanning. 
c) Strong customer service skills. 
d) The ability to work well under pressure. 
e) Able to handle difficult situations well and to act appropriately. Focuses on clients first and strive at all times to exceed their expectations. 
f) Maintain a professional appearance and business-like manner at all times in order to instill confidence in the services provided. 
g) Able to take responsibility to ensure that an outstanding service is delivered at all times and to smooth out potential issues. 

You may have experience of the following: Reprographics Operator, BPO, Business Process Outsourcing, Scanning, Adobe, Customer Service, Reprographics Technician, Copier, Document Management, Printer, DTP etc.
