Reprographics Admin Assistant

A Reprographics Technician is required to start immediately at a secondary school in Enfield.

Reprographics Technician

The school are looking for a long term Reprographics Technician to start asap.

The main duties will include:

Prepare equipment and materials as directed to support lessons, as required by teachers
Work alongside teachers during designing and making activities to aid student progress as and when required.
Prepare / maintain / update displays of pupils’ work as requested by teachers.
Assist in the preparation of display work for moderation and other exhibitions. Administrative support
Undertake reprographic work for all departments as required.
Co-ordinate maintenance of photocopiers / printers.
Provide support to users e.g. sort out basic paper jams.
Control stock levels and re-order consumables as required in accordance with the school’s systems and procedures.
Administer the computer room booking system on a weekly basis.Please apply with an updated CV to be considered for this role.
