Rental Coordinator – Manchester

Rental Coordinator – Manchester – £16,000 – £18,000 basic + Overtime!

Clemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with our client, a well known vehicle rental business, in the recruiting of a Rental Coordinator to be based in Manchester.
The Role:
* This role combines face to face customer interaction and a high level of administration.
* Face to face customer interaction as well as on the telephone, taking vehicle reservations, and completing rental agreements.
* Handling sales and service situations in a calm and collected manner
* Ensuring that the hire is to the customer`s satisfaction by handling any concerns during or after the rental.
* High volume of administration tasks including fleet maintenance and damage notifications
* Organising replacement vehicles to cover servicing and MOTs in accordance with company policy and legislative requirements.
* Full training will be given to the successful candidate
Essential Criteria:
* Full driving licence held for minimum of 2 years
* Positive can do attitude
* Previous experience where customer service and attention to detail were key parts of the role.
* Must be able to commit to Saturday(0800-1300) or Sunday(0800-12noon) morning on a rota basis and this will be paid at overtime rate.
