Renewable Energy Officer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to provide support to an Environmental Programme. The position will involve responding to queries and communications by phone, email and letter, and acting as a source of advice for consumers. The role will also involve data analysis, utilising and testing the IT system used to administer the scheme and working on ad hoc projects

Requirements:
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Proven customer service expertise
*Excellent numerical skills and strong ability to analyse data
*Proven IT skills, including MS Office and use of bespoke databases
*Ability to organise and prioritise a shifting workload
*Good team player and ability to work under own initiative
*Degree and interest in environmental issues (desirable)
