Remote.net Developer Team Lead

Salary: £78,000 per year

I am currently partnering with a High-Tech Software Company based in Blackpool who are looking for a Technical Lead to head up a team of 5 talented.NET Developers who are creating exciting, complex software in the voice detection space. The company have established themselves as a world leader in their field with one of their new products completely changing the way their industry is working. They are backed by a global company based out of Germany and have a range of customers in bother Europe and the US with hundreds of companies relying on their complex IT systems to function.

This role is now remote and occasional travel to the office required, once per month for project meetings etc.

As the technical lead you will be heading up the development team based out of their Blackpool office and will be in charge of leading, managing, and inspiring the team through looking at the architecture, leading projects, management and jumping in to help with the code when you need to. You will report into the Development Manager and together will deliver great software products with amazing customer experience.

You will need to come from a.NET background as the team are working on the following technical stack: C#,.NET CORE, Web API, AWS and JavaScript. The team follow an agile methodology and are big on following best practices to create clean code.

They are offering a salary of £78,000+ 26 days holiday + bank holiday, company share scheme, death in service, flexible start and finish times.
