Remote Dental Tutor

An excellent opportunity in Leicester has come up with a client of mine who are looking to employ an enthusiastic permanent member of staff to look after around 15 learners as a Remote Dental Tutor to deliver up to level 3 on the Dental Nurse Diploma.

For this post you will required to deliver a suite of Dental webinars, which will be conducted in the office. A willingness to learn to use computers is a must.

My client is one of the largest training company’s in the country and are expanding rapidly and will soon become the largest in the UK.

The role is a Monday to Friday post, with two evenings a week that will be compulsory due to learners who are in work and aren’t able to attend during the day. The hours for the days that you will be working late will be 13:00 until 21:00. Other than that it is 09:00 to 17:00.

You will have a cohort of 15 learners which should take around 3-4 months to complete their courses.

There is also the possibility to become an Assessor and be field based if that is something you aspire to be.

Minimum requirements for this post are:
-3 years in the Dental practice
-Dental nurse qualification level 3
-PTTLS (if not, they will train you)
-Registered with GDC (General Dental Commission)

Salary will be in the region of £26,000 depending on whether you have a teaching qualification or not.. After probation you will receive a corporate bonus of 5% after meeting criteria and completion targets. Holidays are set at 25 days plus bank holidays. You will also receive ongoing training and progression.

Interviews are being arranged for as early as next week.
