We are looking for people who want to make a positive difference to peoples lives for our Relief bank in our services across Amersham, Buckinghamshire. You will be supporting adults with a learning disability to maximise their independent living skills, in line with their individual support or learning plan to ensure their lives are meaningful and rewarding.

Relief Support Workers

Location: Amersham, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £26,000per year

We are looking for motivated and pro-active people with a willingness to understand and accommodate the needs of our service users. Experience within the care sector is an advantage but not a necessity as full training will be provided. Candidates must be willing to work flexibly across a variety of shift patterns.

Experience is not as important as a willingness to learn and to see things from the point of view of the people we support. Good communication skills are essential as is basic IT literacy. If you feel you have the qualities required to support people with a learning disability to gain independence and to reach their maximum potential, then we would love to hear from you.
