Reliability Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Predictive/Reliability Maintenance candidate with an extensive background in Manufacturing/Heavy Process Engineering.
You will be working for a large global Manufacturer and Services company on site in the Greater Manchester area. The opportunity is permanent and will offer excellent working conditions, training and further career opportunities.
This is a full time Day role – Monday to Friday on a 24/7 continuous manufacturing site.
• You will need to have at least 5 year’s experience in a Electrically Bias Engineering Maintenance environment.
• Be heavily involved in Condition Monitoring and Vibration Analysis techniques on large process machinery.
• Reliability Engineering knowledge
• Engineering Qualification or Degree educated in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge and use of CMMS systems
• Knowledge and understanding of planned maintenance and factory shutdowns.
• Some supervisory knowledge in ensuring Engineers and Technicians carry out the work to a very high standard.
• Compliant with high HSE standards within a fact paced engineering and manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of site maintenance practices; ideally an awareness of RCA and RCM.
• Ability to analyse and validate data as well as reporting.
• Clear and concise communication skills with a strong character will be needed.
