Registered Nurse (Days)

Salary: £21.6 per hour

A care home in Chesterfield is looking for Registered Nurses. This is a modern and friendly, purpose built, home that is registered for nursing and residential care to up to 50 people.

This is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about person-centred elderly care and is looking to work for a home that really cares.

As a Registered Nurse you will be required to:

* Assess the individual needs of the residents

* Ensure that they receive the highest standard of personal care and attention

* Have the ability and knowledge of nursing

* Ensure the well-being of the residents and meet their physical, emotional and social needs.

* Liaise with the manager and senior nurses to ensure effective communication for the benefit of clients and their family.

We would love to speak to any registered nurse who:

* A Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with current NMC registration

* Right to work in the UK.

* At least 6 months experience in a Nursing home or Acute/Hospital environment.

* Your Clinical practices should be up to date

* Good communication skills

* A passion for nursing
