Registered Manager – Challenging Behaviours in Derby

Overall Objective of Job:

To be responsible for the overall management of the Unit and its resources

and budgets, ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework and

Care Standards Act. This will be achieved by ensuring the highest quality of

service is provided for the service users through their care planning process

and that unit staff are encouraged and supported to achieve their full

potential. Working in conjunction with commissioners of services to provide

excellence and value for money.

Qualifications and Training:

Must be a Qualified RGN or Mental Health Nurse (RNMH) with Registered Managers

Award of equivalent qualification, or a willingness to work towards.

The candidate should have previous experience working in a management

role in an appropriate service and be able to demonstrate a meaningful

working knowledge of all relevant legislation.

• Salary starting from Starting from £60,000
• (Salary commensurate with exp and skills)
• 40 hours a week
• If you hold a current driving licence, you may be required as part of your duties, to drive or assist with

driving a Company vehicle.
