Registered Manager – Young Peoples (EBD) Services

We are looking for a Registered Manager to join a progressive and reputable organization local to Shrewsbury. You will be responsible for a residential service which cares for young people with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties.

Registered Manager responsibilities include:

•The daily running of the home

•Staff management

•Budgets

•Ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times

•Compliance with all current legislation relating

To be considered for the role you will have:

•2 Years management experience within young people’s services

•An established record of consistently achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from Ofsted

•Have completed the RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership + Management / ILM Level 5

•Excellent working knowledge of children’s homes national minimum standards and the Children’s Act 2010
