Male Supported Living Support Workers

CareTech Community Services are one of the leading quality care providers within the region, providing residential care facilities for adults with learning difficulties and disabilities.
We are looking for additional Male Support Workers to join our brand new Supported Living Sites in Wisbech. We’re looking for staff members who can demonstrate a reliable and flexible approach to people with learning disabilities and mental health issues. You should have the confidence to handle complex behaviours that sometimes maybe deemed challenging. You will be working with our Service Users to increase their overall social development and life skills to enable them to live as independent adults within their own home and as part of the wider community.
Previous experience within a Supported Living Site would be preferable, although full training will be given.

All positions are subject to an enhanced DBS Check and satisfactory references.
