Registered Home Manager – Emi Home

My client is looking to recruit a Registered Manager for their 20 bedded Residential Home in Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex.

My client’s home specialises in the care of Older People, some that suffer from Dementia.

As Registered Manager, you must be highly motivated and should have robust skills in leadership, decision making, multi-tasking and communication.

Your duties will include:

* Delivering the highest quality care and companionship to the elderly clients
* Maintaining high standards throughout the home
* Mentoring staff and ensuring that they have up to date training
* Ensure the budgetary control of the home is maintained
* Managing the home in an efficient and effective manner
* Involve residents, where possible, to make their own decisions

This is a permanent full time role and the salary is £30,000 – £33,600depending upon experience.

You must have your RMA and previous experience in a similar role to be shortlisted.
