Registered Care Manager

Our client, a successful and well known Domiciliary Care organisation based in Farnworth, Bolton are looking for a Registered Care Manager to join their expanding team.

As a Registered Care Manager you will be responsible for over-seeing the whole care operation and managing a complete team of staff.

The Care Manager is responsible for generating a caring environment for customers by implementing very high standards of professional practice.
Responsible for adhering both to legislation and to internal process and policy, the role demands a strong knowledge of the industry and qualifications to match. You should be an individual who is comfortable managing in a changing environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. To ensure the provision of high quality care services to vulnerable people living in their own home
2. To manage and deploy teams of Care Workers who provide care and support to vulnerable adults
3. To ensure consistent application of companies policies, procedures and approved practice and to promote the aims of the business
4. To participate in and contribute to the strategic management of the business
5. To ensure all statutory obligations are fully met
6. To meet and exceed all financial/growth targets

Essential requirements:
• Previous Care Manager experience, ideally within domiciliary care.
• Level 5 qualification
• Ideally a training qualification
• Team player
• Eager to learn and develop
• Strong knowledge of CQC guidelines and best practice
• Clean DBS
• Own vehicle and drivers licence

Salary is very competitive, £33,600 – £38,400 depending on experience, and there is a performance related bonus and pension scheme on offer.
