Regional Sales Manager – Weber (Part of the Saint-Gobain group)
This role is covering the South East Region, so the ideal candidate should be based within this patch.
Weber is known for delivering profitable growth across the range of Weber GB product ranges (primarily Renders, Tile Fixing and Flooring) through focusing on the development of contractor and distributor pull through business, alongside maintaining specifications, in line with Weber group and GB strategy.
As a Regional Sales Manager with Weber you will have strong leadership, direction and coaching to manage a team of Area Sales Managers not only that you will be responsible for delivering annual revenue and profit margin targets for the region by identifying new business opportunities, across renders, flooring and tile fixing to increase the market share, working hand in hand with all internal / external teams at Weber.

As a Regional Sales Manager you will:
Build and maintain close and trusted working relationships with operational colleagues to ensure excellent levels of customer service and satisfaction are delivered to customers and in order to achieve company’s goals / deliver Weber’s vision.
Manages the Demand Plan for the region through the monitoring and reporting of potential projects and sales opportunities.
Takes responsibility for own accounts and ensures that all allocated companies and National Accounts are visited as per the agreed Visit Rate across the team, reviewing accordingly in line with company strategy.
Provide strong leadership, direction and coaching to their team to develop account management and technical skills.
Is designated as product champion for one of the core ranges of the business and will help drive strategy for the business on this range.
Involvement in the management of national accounts/ customers.
Remain commercially aware and expand business opportunities.
Share our 100% dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
Increase and maximize current sales volumes.

To be suitable for the Regional Sales Manager role you will have:
Can think both strategically and tactically to develop opportunities through robust business plans and a proactive can-do attitude.
A good team player internally and externally.
Significant experience in sales and management role (desired).
Requires a driven passion to develop the skills of their team to provide significant new business and growth.
Can demonstrate their own advanced sales techniques and ownership of the sales budget.
Practical knowledge of construction products and project tender process.
Good IT, numerical and analytical skills with the ability to generate and compile reports.
Knowledge of distribution sector and geographical area an advantage, but not essential.
