With a clear mandate to modernise and professionalise operations, you’ll play a central role in setting the benchmark for what “good” looks like — both operationally and culturally. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end site operations, covering production, people, cost and delivery Drive cultural change, creating a consistent, accountable and values-led environment Improve health & safety standards within high-risk manufacturing settings Support investment and automation programmes to increase capability and output Build scalable operational frameworks as the regional footprint expands Why This Role Stands Out You’ll join at a pivotal point in the organisation’s journey — working closely with a new leadership team to build a high-performing, future-ready operation. Whether you are an experienced multi-site Plant Manager or an ambitious Plant Manager with a track record of success in optimising factory performance looking to take your first step into a multi-site role, this is a newly created role to enable you to play a positive and proactive role in the ongoing development of a UK wide group growth programme.
