Salary: £48,000 – £50,400 per year
We are supporting a great opportunity for a Regional Facilities Manager to join a forward-thinking, commercial team in Manchester. This key position will manage 2 x Building Managers & deliver services across 8 Commercial & Mix Use Properties within Manchester.
Key proriities include: –
* Service Charge Management/budget delivery
* Contract management & delivery
* Ensuring full H&S compliance across all sites
* Conducting site audits/compliance inspections
* Working to grow opportunities across the business delivery services
* Establishing & mentoring the wider team, including HR support
You will be based in Manchester City Centre 3 days pw with 2 days pw travelling to other sites. Ideally holding IOSH and/or IOSH & proven Facilities Management experience. This is a great opportunity for a commercial, motivated FM Professional.
