The Business:

In conjunction with a well established, world renowned Facilities Management Company, Mackenzie Stuart is currently searching for an exceptional Procurement Manager within the Facilities Management Sector. Due to a steady increase in client activity, this eminent business is looking for only the most ambitious, talented procurement professional to join their already excellent team.

The Role:
-Procurement Manager within the Total Facilities Management sector
-Responsibility for a multi-million pound annual procurement spend
-Management of all supply chain and subcontractor acquisitions
-Drive down costs without compromising on quality or service
-Develop the supply chain, seeking out new partners
-Manage a team of procurement professionals
-Assist the estimating department
-Liaise with clients, stakeholders and board members confidently

The Candidate:
-Extensive experience within Procurement, preferably having spent time as a Procurement Manager or Procurement Director
-Facilities Management experience advantageous, but not absolutely necessary
-Individuals with a background in construction, infrastructure, civil engineering, waste management will also be considered.
-Proven track record of driving down procurement spends without compromising on quality
-Knowledgeable about all aspects of supply chain
-Expert commercial acumen
-Confident and capable when liaising with clients
-A keen negotiator, able to drive down costs
